Hello! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. It has been very hot in the valleys of Southern California, but I am staying comfortable and working on my next re-invention. I have been continuing to write new songs, learning new software, and producing segments for a video production including a music video for "Mojo." Of course taking time to relax, had a chance to catch some of the great Beijing Olympics, riding trains in L.A., etc. I look forward to getting out to the beach soon. Stay tuned for more ! Niswander

Hello everyone from Hollywood! Though I am always writing music, this week, I am primarily working on the DVD "Niswander's Fun Show" getting ready to produce a music video of "MOJO." I am also working on commercials for the DVD and my album "Adventures In Wanderland." Look for those soon here on the website and around the net. I saw L.A. swing band Royal Crown Revue this week performing live in a concert at the park. They have excellent arrangements of Frank Sinatra, Dizzy Gillespie, and Neil Diamond songs as well as some great originals. Check out the videos NISWANDER'S FUN TO THE NTH DEGREE- You Tube Show- Version 1.0 which asks the question 'WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SEE ON YOU TUBE?' and my online collaboration with You Tuber Nalts which were produced last year. Kevin Nalty's contribution was recorded in Pennsylvania and I completed my parts while living in Indianapolis, Indiana. CHEERS, Niswander NISWANDER'S FUN TO THE NTH DEGREE- You Tube Show- V. 1.0

Hello everyone! I am currently producing a new edition of "The Unique News" which should be online very soon and I am planning to include a special announcement and soon I'll have a PREVIEW of "Niswander's FUN SHOW" which is currently in production. The FUN SHOW is a DVD project which is 'based on' the music and the Niswander Rock Theater characters in my 2nd album "Adventures In Wanderland." It will also feature special guests and other surprises. As I mentioned I have also started a new music collaboration and I'll have some kind of introduction soon… In the meantime… check out the complete playlist or pick the specific videos that you want to see from my NEW YORK CITY JOURNAL of last year… some of the sites include the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Strawberry Fields, Washington Square Park, the Empire State Building, CBGBs and more. Until next time, CHEERS! Niswander

Hundreds of video camera operators congregated near the fountain at Washington Square Park in Greenwich Village last summer. It was a You Tube Gathering called 777 because it took place on July 7th, 2007. There is a 888 gathering in Canada this year.

My first day in NYC July 3rd, 2007.. It was a blast. It was also my first time for a yellow cab ride! I talked to Rupert (of Late Night with David Letterman) from "Hello Deli" behind the Ed Sullivan Theater and met my friend Charlie in Times Square.

NEW YORK CITY JOURNAL July 4th, 2007 (I found my Swiss grandparents arrival records on Ellis Island!)

Hello friends! I know it is a little late to say Happy 4th. It has been an extraordinarily busy week. My new music collaborator and I performed in a cool jam at a Hollywood recording and dubbing studio this week along with some very eclectic and interesting musicians. In addition to singer/songwriters, there was a punk rocker with an Iggy Pop t-shirt, a stand up bassist who also played trumpet, an Elvis impersonator who got the crowd to sing along on 'coo-coo-ca-choo' in a cover of the Beatles' "I Am A Walrus," a Scott Joplin composition was played on guitar, there was a harpist who played The Prelude in C by Bach as well as an Irish folk song, and more. Fun times. The first episode of "The Adventures of NOWMAN" for the DVD project "Niswander's Fun Show" based on my second CD "Adventures In Wanderland" is nearly completed along with some music video. I am currently working on lining up special guests for the project from the east to the west coast… Stay tuned for more updates! Last year at this time I was visiting the great New York City and here is more video from my video journal including a couple of newly re-edited segments with my friend Charlie the 'Yo Yo Pro' from July 5th, 2007. I will have more news soon about a new edition of my online show "Niswander's Fun To the Nth Degree." For NOW, Everyone in this place makes the world go around.
